Hollande Admits Providing Terrorists in Syria with Weapons

PARIS,  (ST)_ French President Francois Hollande , the least popular among French presidents, admitted that his country provided  weapons to terrorists in Syria,  several months ago, thereby proving that Paris contribution  to supporting terrorism and its expansion in the region.

As quoted by the French Van Minot daily yesterday, Hollande boasted during a visit to the French Reunion Island  that these weapons were delivered to  those he called  rebels in order to achieve what he alleged as  democracy giving no  clear indication what sort of democracy he  wants to achieve through transferring  illegal weapon secretly to terrorist groups  which carry out acts of  destruction of infrastructure and sabotage operations in Syria, adding that “they “rebels” will not achieve their goals without having  access to weapons.”

However,  observers confirmed that supplying terrorists in Syria with weapons  by  France, the US and other countries such as the ruling regime of  Recep Tayyip Erdogan contributed to the deployment and expansion Daesh terrorist organization in the region.

The French newspaper indicated  that Hollande said in remarks to the French Le Monde newspaper  on Monday that  his decision was taken in line with what he called “obligations and the rules of the European Union,” pointing out that France can not do it alone, and that he is  compatible with Europe and the Americans in this regard.

Hollande, moreover,  insisted his  hostile position against Syria  in an earlier statement  two days ago, when he  expressed  remorse for not waging war against Syria in 2013, thereby  confirming  the role played by  his country ,Western countries , Erdogan regime and the Gulf sheikhdoms in supporting the emergence of terrorist groups in Syria and the region, especially  Deash terrorist organization , which Hollande and his partners  in the war on terror on Syria , claim  that they are fighting against  terrorism now.
