Hezbollah sends a convoy of humanitarian aid to earthquake victims in Syria

Today, Hezbollah sent a convoy of humanitarian, health and food aid to the earthquake victims in Syria.

The head of the Executive Council of Hezbollah, Hashim Safi al-Din, said in a statement: The first convoy of humanitarian, health, medical, food and in-kind aid “Rahmaa” set out for the city of Latakia, to be followed by other convoys over the coming days to the city of Aleppo and other regions.

Safi al-Din stressed that it is natural for us in Lebanon and in the resistance in particular to be on the side of the Syrian people in their tragedy and ordeal

Safi al-Din underlined that the West revealed the culture to which it belongs, and confirmed that it carries false slogans in defending human rights.

The convoy set off from Ashura Square in the Hadath area in the southern suburbs of Beirut, in the presence of the Beirut region official, Hussein Fadlallah, the civil defense official, Adnan Al-Muqaddam, and a crowd of local media.
