Hezbollah Condemns Zionist Government’s Insolent Step of Holding Cabinet Session in Occupied Syrian Golan
BEIRUT-Hezbollah condemned the Israeli occupation government’s step of holding a ministerial session in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights on Sunday, describing it as insolent, according to al-Manar TV website.
In a statement issued on Monday, Hezbollah also denounced the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netnayahu’s statements upon the session in which he vowed to perpetuate the Israeli occupation of the Syrian Golan.
Hezbollah added that “this blatant step reflects the Israeli hostility against our nation and people, stresses the expansionist designs of the Zionist entity and confirms that resistance and popular uprisings are the only way to deal with the Israeli occupation.”.
The statement pointed out that this step underscores the Zionist entity’s continuous endeavor to intervene in the Syria’s affairs directly or through the takfiri terrorists, to split Syria, to take occupied Golan Heights.
In this context, the party inquired about the stance of the League of Arab states towards such an aggression on the sovereignty and integrity of an Arab country, pointing out that “some Arab states keep stirring sedition and hatred and keep supporting the terrorists politically, ideologically, militarily and financially in a way that serves the aims of the new Zionist aggression.”
