Hezbollah condemns US aggression on the Syrian-Iraqi border

On June 28th, Hezbollah condemned the US aggression on the Syrian-Iraqi border region.

The party confirmed in a statement that what the American warplanes did was a flagrant attack on the sovereignty of the two brotherly countries, Syria and Iraq, to weaken their capabilities to resist terrorist and takfiri organizations.

In its statement, Hezbollah underlined the official and popular Iraqi positions that unanimously reject the aggression, stressing that all US raids will increase the insistence of the Iraqi people on their right to liberate their country and defend their people and their resistance.

The statement stressed that the region will not enjoy stability and security until the US occupation forces are expelled from it.
