Health Ministry: The highest daily count of coronavirus infections registered

Damascus (ST): The Health Ministry announced that 112 new Coronavirus cases were registered in Syria, the highest daily outcome of recorded infections.

The ministry  added  that 60 patients have recovered while 11 others have died.

In a statement, the Ministry said that the total number of Coronavirus infections recorded in the country till now has reached to 8787, out of which 4174 ones have recovered while 476 others have died.

The first Coronavirus infection  was registered in the country on March 22nd while the first death from the fatal virus was reported on 29th of the same month.
