Health Ministry: Five coronavirus cases have recovered and a new infection was recorded

The Ministry of Health announced on Saturday the recovery of five cases of registered infections with the Corona virus and a new virus infection for a person working as a driver on the Syria-Jordan route.

The Ministry said in a statement that the total number of infections recorded in Syria amounted to 125, 58 of them recovered, and 6 died.

The Ministry of Health recorded the first infection with the Corona virus in Syria on March 22. The person infected had come from outside the country, while the first death was recorded on the 29th of the same month.
