Health Ministry and “Al-Amin” organization seek to perform 1,000 free cataract surgeries

The Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the “Al-Amin” organization, announces the launch of a project that aims at performing 1,000 free cataract surgeries, in order to restore patients’ vision and improve their quality of life by providing the necessary surgical treatment free of charge.

The ptoject also aims at improving the patients’ lives by providing necessary free treatmenimprove their lives by providing the necessary free surgery.

A cataract is a cloudy area in the lens of the eye that leads to a decrease in vision. It often develops slowly and can affect one or both eyes.
