Hassoun: Liberating Aleppo from Terrorists is The Beginning of Victory in Syria

TEHRAN- Syria’s Grand Mufti Sheikh Ahmad Badreddin Hassoun said that liberating Aleppo city from terrorists, thanks to the latest achievements achieved by the Syrian army and the supporting forces, marks the beginning of victory in Syria.

In a speech before Friday prayers and sermons in the Imam Khomeini Mosque in Tehran, Hassoun added that terrorists came to kill the Muslims, stressing that the Syrian people have been presenting martyrs in defense of their homeland and the right, according to SANA.

 Hassoun thanked Iran’s people and leadership for their continued support to the Syrian people in their war against terrorism, affirming that Syria will remain faithful to her friends who supported it in the face of the global war imposed on them.
