Hasakeh Governor discusses with the officials of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, the provision of drinking water to the people of the city

Hasakeh (ST): The Governor of Hasakeh, Dr. Louay Sayouh, discussed with the officials of the Water Department of the International Committee of the Red Cross Mai Musa and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization Firas Firas ways to increase cooperation and secure drinking water to alleviate the suffering of the people in the city of Hasakeh as a result of the Allouk station stopping service due to the encroachments of the Turkish occupation and its terrorist mercenaries.

Sayouh stressed the need to deliver a message through international organizations and bodies to find a final solution to the Allouk water station and to neutralize it from the attacks, noting that it was discussed with the delegation to increase the support provided with the aim of alleviating the suffering of the people as a result of the interruption of drinking water by coordinating efforts, managing water resources, running water tanks around the clock and filling tanks scattered in the streets.

For their part, the officials of the Water Department of the Red Crescent and the Red Cross announced that Hasakeh Governorate is among the priorities of the response in the field of water due to the increased need for it, and through participatory interaction, water is distributed through tanks and filling tanks spread in places of population centers.
