Hasaka Clans and Tribes Affirm Their Adherence to Syria’s Unity, National Principles

HASAKA, (ST)- Participants in the Forum of Syrian Clans and Tribes in Hasaka province have stressed the national cohesion of Hasaka people in the battle to defend Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

In a statement at the conclusion of the forum, the participants highly appreciated the great sacrifices of the Syrian Arab army to protect the homeland against terrorists and aggressors They hailed the victories being achieved by the army in the fight against terrorism and its supporters.

 They reiterated their support for the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad and for the Syrian Arab army to continue the process of defending Syria’s dignity and existence.

The people of Hasaka announce that they back the Syrian national dialogue and call on all forces to work for the higher interest of all the Syrians and start reconstructing  and activating the damaged government institutions, the participants said, stressing that weapons in Hasaka province should be confined to the Syrian Arab army.

Mohammad Abdulrazzak al-Tae, the Sheik of Tai tribe and one of the participants, said during the forum that the event is an opportunity to unify efforts as to bring back all mislead persons to the right track and help them start a new normal life under the homeland’s umbrella and take part in the reconstruction of what terrorism have destroyed.
