Haridi: The coercive measures imposed on Syria must be lifted

Former Egyptian Assistant Foreign Minister Ambassador Hussein Haridi has said that the unilateral coercive measures imposed on Syria contradict the spirit of international resolutions and should be lifted. 

On December 6, Haridi stated that lifting these unjust measures against Syria contributes to the acceleration of the political solution. 

He added that the Syrian government has proven its ability to confront and deal with  international and regional pressures.
