Algeria (ST): Equestrians Ahmed Hamsho and Shadi Gharib won the gold and silver medals, respectively, in the individual show jumping competition at the Mediterranean Games currently being held in the Algerian city of Oran.
The two equestrians won the aforementioned two medals after they excelled in the second round of the final match of the competition in terms of time and without errors, and led them in the first half.
These competitions were held with the participation of 28 knights, as Hamsho and Gharib competed well and amid a great challenge to climb the podium, and they had what they wanted to increase the average medals yield to five.
Our equestrian team achieved the gold medal for the teams, and the boxer Ahmed Ghosoun won the gold in the weight of 75 kg, and Majd Al-Din Ghazal the silver in the high jump competition.
