Hama Governor: Government bodies in the province are working as usual and we call on citizens not to believe false news

Hama Governor, Eng. Kamal Barmo, confirmed that all government bodies in the province are working as usual, calling on citizens not to believe the misleading and false news circulating about Hama.
“We are present in our work and all institutions and government agencies in Hama province are working well and continuously.” Barmo said in a statement to the Syrian channel on Saturday evening
He added “There is false media coverage about this province, but we have great confidence in the awareness of our people, the bravery of our army, and the wisdom of President Bashar al-Assad.”
In turn, the commander of Hama police, Major General Hussein Jumaa, said: “Everything published by the media and malicious social media networks is inaccurate and incorrect.”
He noted that all heads of departments and branches are with their officers and personnel in their workplaces and their morale is very high. Major General Jumaa added in a call with the Syrian channel: “Syrian Arab Army is at the forefront of confronting these terrorist groups and we are behind them in one trench to defeat terrorism in all its forms, and there is no truth to what is broadcast and published on social media about the city of Hama.”
