Hama Cement Factory Returns to Production

The Director of the General Company for Cement Industry and Marketing of Building Materials in the Central Region, Eng. Hussam Faouri, confirmed that Hama Cement Factory No. 3 has returned to work and production and to sell its product directly without any restrictions or conditions, and at the same time warned of the presence of cement that does not meet specifications in local markets.

Eng. Faouri stated that Hama Cement Factory had stopped work and production on 12-5-2024. On the 23rd of last month, the factory was launched and operated in all its departments, relying on its technical workers. “We have currently reached a capacity of 1,700 tons of clinker per day and will reach 2,500 tons of clinker in the coming days”. He added.
