Halaqi: Sacrifices of the Army Conducive to Syria’s Great Victory

DAMASCUS,(ST)_ Prime Minister in the caretaker government Dr. Wael al-Halaqi visited yesterday wounded heroes of the Syrian army at martyr Youssef al-Azmeh hospital and inspected medical services at al-Mowasat and Children hospitals.

He pointed out President Bashar al-Assad ‘s directives on the need of communicating with citizens and ensuring their needs in all sectors  and in providing all requirements of the Syrian people’s steadfastness.

He indicated that the sacrifices experienced by the Syrian army are an introduction to the great victory which will be resulted in eliminating terrorism wherever it is found.

“Thanks to the solidarity between the Syrian people,the leadership and army, we were able to defend the homeland,” the premier said, adding that Syria was and will remain immune to the enemies and at its walls all the plots and Zionist-American projects will be exterminated.

He asserted that all health institutions in the country are ready around the clock to provide better services to citizens indicating that the humanitarian duty requires preparedness of the medical staff to back up other sectors, which is of ” no less important to what has been provided by the Syrian army in the battlefields”.

The Prime Minister listened to statements by the army wounded heroes on the level of services provided to them, and they expressed their appreciation to the government and for the great medical services and morale support provided to them.

The Premier was accompanied in his tour by ministers of defense and higher education in the caretaker government.
