Halaqi Pinpoints Social Activists Role in Countering Wahhabi Ideas

DAMASCUS,(ST)_ Prime Minister Dr. Wael al-Halaqi stressed the importance of the constructive role played by social activists in the ” promotion of national unity and mobilization to counter aggression and the wahhabi criminal ideas .”

During a meeting today with a delegation representing social activists in Hadar area in Mount Hermon the prime minister indicated that ” the sacrifices and victories of the Syrian Army will make the bright and brilliant future of Syria ” and will save the country from terrorists and mercenaries , bring security and safety to every inch of the Syrian territory so as Syria will be a symbol of national unity .

He stressed that the elements of steadfastness are large , available and continuously enhanced , noting that “victory is near ” and that the Syrians will rebuild the land and the man and ” will not kneel , nor bargain ” rather make their country’s future bright by themselves without external interference or dictates .

He also noted the government ‘s strive to enhance the national economy and the Syrian pound in order to ensure all requirements of steadfastness for the Syrians, stressing that Hadar, like all Syrian areas is the center of the g attention of the government , which will ensure stability and decent living for citizens , including the infrastructure, electrical energy , hospitals , education .
For their part, members of the delegation stressed support for the army in pursuing the armed terrorist groups deploring the terrorists attacks on public and private property , and the attempt to sabotage the Syrian social fabric, noting the efforts made by the Syrian government ‘s to strength of the national economy .

Talks dealt with means of strengthening services in the region , secure supplies of agricultural production and the economy and the localization of agro-industries.
