Halaqi Congratulates Salam on forming the new Lebanese government
DAMASCUS,(ST) _ Prime Minister, Dr. Wael Halaqi congratulated Tammam Salam, the Lebanese prime minister on the occasion of the formation of the new Lebanese government.
In a cable of congratulations he addressed today to Salaam, Prime Minister Halaqi expressed hope to fulfill further development of fraternal relations between the two countries and the Syrian and Lebanese peoples in all fields and to achieve their security, stability and prosperity.
The Prime Minister expressed best wishes for Salaam success in assuming this responsibility and further progress and prosperity for the brotherly people of Lebanon.
