Halaqi Congratulates Abadi, Designate to Form New Iraqi Government

DAMASCUS, (ST)_ Dr. Wael Halaqi, in charge of forming the government has sent a cable of congratulations to Haider Abadi designate to form the new Iraqi government.

Dr. Halaqi wished to Iraqi Prime Minister-designate success in the management of the tasks entrusted to him for the good, security and stability of brotherly Iraq.

He extended his wishes for further progress and prosperity of the relations between the two countries to serve the common interests of the peoples of Syria and Iraq.
