Haddad, Bogdanov review the recent development in Syria

MOSCOW, Jul.18, (ST)-Syria’s Ambassador in Moscow, Riad Haddad, discussed on Monday with  the special representative of the Russian President, Deputy Foreign Minister, Michel Bogdanov, the recent developments in Syria.

“During the meeting, the two sides exchanged points of view about the latest developments in Syria and the region in terms of the efforts exerted to boost a comprehensive settlement to the crisis in Syria, including Astana talks,” A statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

The statement added that Bogdanov and Haddad also discussed issues related to the ways of boosting multi-sided Syrian-Russian cooperation and keeping the political dialogue active on the international and Middle East issues.
