Gymnast Bahlawan takes a bronze medal in Russia

DAMASCUS, (ST) – Outstanding Syrian gymnast Firas Bahlawan has achieved a remarkable achievement in the Didyatin International Artistic Gymnastics Championship which was held in St. Petersburgh in Russia.

 

Mohammad Masri, Bahlawan’s teammate, finished fourth in the ring discipline contest.

Some 19 nations took part in the said event including Russia, Germany, France, China, Ukraine, Armenia and Sweden.
