Guterres condemns Rafah massacre and stresses that decisions of the International Court of Justice are binding

New York-(ST)- United Nations General -Secretary António Guterres strongly condemned the Israeli occupation massacre in Rafah, stressing that the decisions of the International Court of Justice to stop the aggression are binding to prevent genocide.
According to a statement published by the Office of the United Nations Spokesman, according to the Palestinian Wafa Agency, Guterres said: “This horror and pain must end,” noting that he had seen pictures of many children. he reiterated his demand for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and ensuring the safe arrival of humanitarian aid.
In turn, the World Health Organization announced that about 11,000 sick and wounded people in the Gaza Strip are awaiting evacuation as the Israeli occupation continues its aggression against the Strip for the 235th day.
Despite UN and international condemnations, the Israeli occupation continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip, where the number of martyrs has reached 36,096, and the number of injuries is 81,136, and thousands of victims are still under the rubble as ambulance crews cannot reach them.
