Grospic condemns the Turkish regime’s practices in the areas it occupies in Syria

Prague (ST):, Vice President of the Moravian Czech Communist Party and Chairman of the Czech Parliamentary Group for Friendship with Syria Stanislav Grospic, condemned the practices of the Turkish regime and the attempts of Turkification carried out in the areas it occupies in Syria, describing them as completely unacceptable.

In a statement to news correspondent in Prague today, Grospic pointed out that Erdogan’s regime is trying to revive the obsolete Ottoman Empire by supporting terrorism, occupying the lands of sovereign countries and stealing the resources and antiquities in them. 

Grospic said that what the Turkish regime is doing in the lands it occupies from Syria is shocking and totally unacceptable practices, stressing  the support of the Czech communists and progressive trade unionists for the efforts made by Syria to liberate its lands from terrorism and occupation in its various forms and names.
