Griffiths: Getting aid to Gaza is impossible

UN Humanitarian Coordinator Martin Griffiths confirmed today that the process of delivering humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip has become impossible due to the obstacles it faces before entering the Strip.

Griffiths asked via the X-platform, as quoted by RT, saying: “getting aid into Gaza is easy… think again?!” He pointed out that the obstacles to the delivery of aid are continuous shelling and targeting convoys with fire, in addition to the presence of three inspection stages before trucks can enter the Palestinian territories, there is also a long list of prohibited aid, and finally the death of aid workers and the displacement of others from their homes due to the war.

The UN coordinator stressed that this is an impossible situation for the residents of Gaza and those who are trying to help them, stressing the need to stop the war in the Strip.
