Greeting for the soul of the artist Sabah Fakhri at Al-Adiat Association in Safita

The Nahaw and choir and Abaq Musical band performed a heritage concert, in tribute to the late great artist Sabah Fakhri, who is considered one of the giants of music in Syria and the Arab world, at the headquarters of Al-Adiat Association in Safita.

The ceremony included a presentation of a variety of Qadud, Muwashahat, and tarab songs, led by the musician, HalaNakro , including: Fok al nakhl, Heimatni, ya Mal Al-Sham andQadk Al-Mayas.

The Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, Sameer Jabbour, stated: Sabah Fakhri was chosen because he carried Al-Qudud and Aleppo Tarab to the most important theaters of the world, and made it an icon of Arab singing and authentic music, leaving behind a great musical legacy.

This human heritage must be preserved and revived by holding artistic events and evenings on a regular basis.
