Government Invites All Political, Economic and Cultural Sides to Dialogue

DAMASCUS, (ST)– “the government is committed to dialogue with all political forces and social and economic bodies, including the opposition and coordination committees, “said al-Halqi.

Al-Halqi’s remarks came during a meeting on Sunday between  the ministerial committee and the Damascus University Teaching staff.

Prime Minister, Dr. Wael al-Halqi, who is chairman of the ministerial committee, briefed his guests on the procedures and meetings held by the committee with political forces to forge  common views in a bid to make the   national dialogue a success .

For their part, Damascus University representatives spoke about  the causes and repercussions of the crisis.

It is worth noting that the ministerial committee, is tasked with preparing for national dialogue.
