Gold and bronze for Syria in the International Gymnastics Pharaohs Cup

Cairo (ST): Syria’s gymnastics team won a gold and a bronze medal in the International Pharaohs Cup, currently being held in Egypt, with the participation of 225 players representing twelve teams from Asia, Africa and Europe.

The gold and bronze medals, respectively, went to  players Abdullah Tarab and Mohamed Khalil on the platform jumping device.

It is noteworthy that the participating teams are (Georgia – Poland – Cyprus – India – Greece – Latvia – Malaysia – Turkey – Egypt – Saudi Arabia – Qatar – and Syria) in addition to ten Egyptian clubs.
