Ghazal wins bronze medal of men’s high jump competition in London

London – Syrian athlete Majd-Eddin Ghazal won on Sunday a bronze medal in the high jump competition at the World Athletics Championship currently held in London.

Ghazal ranked third and got a bronze jumping 2.29 meters while the Qatari athlete Mutaz Essa Barshim came first with a jump of 2.35 meters and athlete Danil Lysenko of Russia took second place with 2.32 meters.
