Germany reiterates that the Turkish aggression on Syrian territories is a violation of international law

Berlin, (ST) – German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas reiterated today that Turkish aggression on Syrian territory is a violation of international law.

Mas said in an interview with ZDF television that there is no legal basis for the Turkish invasion and in this case it contradicts international law, and said: “We will do everything we can to put an end to the Turkish invasion.”

The Turkish regime has launched an aggression against a number of towns, villages and towns in the countryside of al-Hasakah and Raqqa, which caused the death and injury of hundreds of civilians, including children, women and workers in the service sectors, and significant material damage in service facilities and important infrastructure such as dams, power plants and water.
