German minister warns of worst famine since World War II

The German Minister of Development and Economic Cooperation Svenja Schulze said that the planet is threatened with the possibility of suffering from the worst famine since World War II” due to a pandemic, drought and conflict in Ukraine 
 
According to Schulze, food prices in the world have increased by 30% and set records.
 
“300 million people in the world suffer from hunger, and these estimates are constantly adjusted for increase. The bitter news is that the world is facing the worst famine since World War II with millions of deaths,” says an analyst from Germany.
