The German energy company (VNG), Sputnik which is the third largest gas company in Germany, said that it is in danger, stressing that it has requested support from the government to avoid further harm to it due to the repercussions of the sanctions imposed on Russia.
The Voice of Germany website quoted the company as saying in a statement that it had requested government support in order to avoid further harm to it and preserve its ability to act.
The company’s statement, as reported by, said that after the United States and its European allies imposed sanctions on Russia, the latter reduced its supplies and increased energy prices, the company began to suffer from multiple problems.
