German Activist Dubs Saudi Embassy in Berlin as ‘Daesh Bank’ in Projection Stunt

BERLIN- The embassy of Saudi Arabia in the German capital has been labeled the “Daesh Bank” in a projection stunt performed by human rights activists in an effort to draw attention to the kingdom’s purported links to terrorist organizations. The same technique was used to draw the flag of ISIS terrorist group on the embassy’s building, an RT report said on Tuesday.

Artist Oliver Bienkowski and the Pixel Helper collective performed the stunt to draw public attention to Saudi Arabia’s egregiously bad human rights record and country’s support of extremist groups, RT clarified.

After terrorist attacks in Paris and Brussels, cultural and political circles in Europe have begun to talk openly about the link between the terrorist thinking and the Wahhabi mentality and they started to blame the Saudi regime for not complying with international resolutions on combating ISIS terrorist organization.
