General Federation of Trade Unions and the working force affirm their support for the Palestinian people in confronting the Israeli aggression

Damascus (ST): The General Federation of Trade Unions and the working force affirmed their support for the Palestinian people and fighting forces, calling on the United Nations and its organizations to take an appropriate and just position to stop the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, and enable them to return to their land and establish their independent state with Al-Quds (Jerusalem) as its capital.

In a statement, the General Union called on all Arab, regional and international labor organizations to stand by the Palestinian people in the face of Zionist arrogance and crime and to provide all possible support to the steadfast people peoplewho today, with their heroism and steadfastness, are writing a new history that will contribute to realizing the aspirations of the peoples and liberating the homelands from occupation.

The statement indicated that on the anniversary of the October Liberation War, in which the myth of the invincible army was shattered, the people of Palestine and the resistance forces are repeating the glories of October, which changed the equations and put an end to Israeli arrogance and criminality supported by the forces of oppression and aggression in the world.
