Gas prices increase in Europe about 13%

London, (ST) – Gas prices in European markets increased in today’s trading by about 13 percent and exceeded the level of 2800 dollars per thousand cubic meters.

According to the “TTF” index, RT stated that gas futures rose by 12.7 percent to $ 2862 per thousand cubic meters, and thus, the prices of blue fuel in Europe recorded the highest level since last March,. in about 6 months.

The Russian energy company, “Gazprom”, announced last week that the pumping of natural gas through the “North Stream 1” pipeline will stop for three days from the 31st of this month to the 2nd of next September due to scheduled maintenance.
