Ingredients
1 kg boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup butter
6 cloves crushed garlic
2 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs

Preparation
1- Melt butter with garlic in a small saucepan. Cut chicken into pieces and put it in butter/garlic sauce, letting extra drip off, then coat it with bread crumbs.
2-Place coated chicken in a lightly greased in baking dish. Soak the bread crumbs and spoon mixture over chicken pieces with leftover butter/garlic sauce on.
3-Preheat oven to 240 degrees C
4-Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
5- serve hot.
