Fries Potatoes with Garlic

Ingredients

  1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes

  8 garlic cloves

  2 tsp olive oil

  1 tsp butter

  1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

  1 tbsp lemon juice

  ¼ tsp paprika

  ¼ tsp pepper

  2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese

   Salt

Preparation

   1- Preheat the oven to 260˚C.

   2- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and spread out in an even layer. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.

   3- Season with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. and put in oven for 30 minutes.

   4- Cook for another 15 minutes, turning potatoes occasionally. Increase heat to medium-high and cook until potatoes are tender.

   5- Mix Potato with fresh parsley and lemon juice and serve.
