Fried eggplant

Ingredients

3 Eggplant, peeled and cut into slices

1/2 tablespoons ground black pepper

Oil, as needed

1 cup flour

 Salt

Preparation

1. Sprinkle salt on eggplant and leave them aside until the liquid is gone, then dry with paper towels.

2. Mix the flour and black pepper in a small bowl and season the eggplant slices on all the sides.

3. Heat the oil in a saucepan on the fire, then put eggplant until they become tender and take golden color.

4. Remove the eggplant from the oil and then put on tissue paper to drink excess oil.

5 – Arrange eggplant in a dish and then you can serves hot with any salad.
