Four civilians injured, massive destruction caused in continued Turkish aggression on Afrin

Aleppo – Four civilians were injured and material damage was caused on Monday due to the Turkish forces’ bombardment of Afrin area.

SANA said that during the past hours, the Turkish forces targeted with airstrikes, artillery fire, and various shells the area of Shran and the villages of Basouta, Kirzaila, and Zerbeh, injuring four civilians and causing massive destruction to houses and properties.

A total of 222 civilians have been martyred and hundreds have been injured, mostly children and women, since the beginning of the Turkish regime’s aggression on Afrin area on January 20th.

Fierce clashes are erupting between the Turkish forces and their mercenaries and popular committees defending Afrin area in the villages of Babliet, Darwish, and Qazal Basha in Belbul area, which is accompanied by concentrated Turkish airstrikes against Kawkabah village in Jindaris area, SANA said.
