Former Turkish Foreign Minister: So-called Syrian opposition are mercenaries fighting for a handful of dollars

Ankara,(ST) -Former Turkish Foreign Minister Yasar Yakish confirmed that the approval of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to transfer hundreds of terrorists from Syria to Libya proves that these “opponents who were claiming to have fought the Syrian government for freedom and democracy are mercenaries fighting for a handful of dollars in another country other than their true home. ”

Yakesh, one of the founders of the ruling Justice and Development Party and the first foreign minister after the party took power at the end of 2002, explained in an interview to the T24 news site that Erdogan’s interference in Libya had serious repercussions on Ankara’s foreign relations, noting that Erdogan “who claims to support legitimacy” in Libya, is the same person who supported the terrorist organizations in Syria against their legitimate government and a government  recognized by the United Nations.

Last week, the head of the Turkish regime revealed its expansionist ambitions and Ottoman illusions to reoccupy the region and announced sending the Turkish forces to Libya and controlled the parliament by the Brotherhood party vote on this matter while the Libyan National Army spokesman Major General Ahmed Al-Mismari confirmed that the Turkish regime transported hundreds of the most dangerous terrorists from ISIS and Al Qaeda from Syria to Libya.

Erdogan’s military intervention in Libya is a dangerous move for Turkey, says Sener

Also in the Turkish arena, former Turkish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Abdullatif Sener confirmed that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, with his direct military intervention in Libya, had proved that he would not abandon his dangerous personal vendetta

Sener said in an interview that Erdogan and many of his government officials had confessed that they had sent troops and military equipment to Libya, but the most prominent is sending Syrians loyal to Erdogan in exchange for granting them Turkish citizenship and very high salaries to fight in Libya, which is a dangerous trend for Turkey and its internal conditions and external.
Sener stressed that “Erdogan’s policies had proved their failure in Syria, Iraq and the region in general and he is now venturing into Libya,” to satisfy his personal instincts, including reviving the memories of the Ottoman Sultanate which cost the country a lot.”
