Former President Lahoud: The continued confrontation of the terrorist plot in Lebanon

Beirut,(ST)-Former Lebanese President Emile Lahoud emphasized the need for continuation of confronting the terrorist plot in Lebanon until its final elimination.

Lahoud stressed in a statement today that the battle against terrorists will continue until every inch of Lebanon’s land is cleared of their crimes.

Lahoud pointed out that the motive of these terrorists has become clear, as their actions converge with the conspiracies of the Israeli enemy and American interests, stressing that it is impossible for  these terrorists to change the face of Lebanon, its civilization and its diversity.

Two members of the Lebanese army were killed yesterday after terrorists opened fire on an army station in the Arman Al-Minya area in northern Lebanon.
