“Foreign specialists” arrive in Syria to Stage Chemical Attack in Two Days- Russian MoD

“Foreign specialists” arrived in Syria to stage a chemical attack using chlorine, the Russian Defense Ministry said, warning that the staging of the incident may happen in two days, RT reported.

Defense Ministry Spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov said the operation is planned to unfold in Kafr Zita village in Syria’s northwestern Hama Province.

The foreign “English-speaking specialists” are planning to stage an attack using “poisonous agents” in the “next two days,” Konashenkov told reporters on Sunday.

Konashenkov said that a group of residents from the north has been transported to Kafr Zita and is currently being prepared “to take part in the staging of the attack” and be seen suffering from “’supposedly chemical munitions’ and ‘barrel bombs’ allegedly launched by the Syrian government forces.”

The same groups of residents will be used for assisting “fake rescuers from the White Helmets and for filming reports which will later be disseminated among the Middle Eastern and English-language media.”

“In the most populated area of Kafr Zita, preparations are being made for a group of residents brought from the north of the province to participate in the staging of an “attack” of allegedly chemical munitions and bombs by Syrian government forces, staged assistance by mimicked ‘rescuers’ from the “White Helmets” and the shooting of video for distribution to the Middle East and English-language media,” he said, according to Sputnik.

Konashenkov noted that in this way, large provocations are being prepared in Syria involving the use of poisonous substances for the destabilization of communities and the disruption of the steady dynamics of the ongoing peace process.

“There are plans to launch rockets carrying poisonous substances on the settlement of Kafr Zita, located 6 km south of Habit, within two days,” he added.

Recently, Russian military said that the militants are preparing to use chemical weapons in Syria, and the US can use this as a reason for a new attack on Syrian state facilities.
