Foreign Ministry: Syria affirms its support for Iran and rejects foreign interference in its internal affairs

Syria affirmed its support for Iran’s leadership, government and people, and its rejection of all forms of foreign interference in Iran’s internal affairs.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said in a statement today that the Syrian Arab Republic affirms its support for the Islamic Republic of Iran, the leadership, government and people, and warns against being drawn behind schemes that serve the interests and agendas of the enemies that led to the destabilization of security and stability in a number of countries in the region and others. .

The Ministry added: Syria rejects all forms of foreign interference in Iran’s internal affairs, and demands the lifting of illegal unilateral coercive sanctions against the brotherly Iranian people.

The Ministry added: Syria expresses its full confidence that the Islamic Republic of Iran will overcome the current events with the awareness and vigilance of its people and the wisdom of its leadership.
