Foreign Ministry: After the so-called truce in Gaza Strip, the Israeli fascism committed more crimes against the Palestinian people

Damascus – Syria has stressed that the war of genocide waged by the Israeli racist occupation against the Palestinian people will lead to the long-awaited day of victory, reiterating the need to stop the occupation’s massacres against the occupation and attacks on Syria and Lebanon before the war of the Zionists and their allies to new areas.

In a statement on Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said that after the end of the so-called truce in Gaza Strip, the Israeli fascism committed more war crimes and crimes against humanity that claimed the lives of more than 200 Palestinians within hours, most of them are children and women. The Israeli fascism also carried out a new aggression against Syria, in a new attempt to cover up the failure of Zionist policies to achieve their goals and to avoid facing the reality so as to create a regional crisis, the ministry added.

The ministry went on to say that the Zionist occupation hasn’t understood yet that the policy of assassinating the Palestinian babies, depriving the Palestinian people from water, food and medicine and destroying most of the hospitals, of not all of them, in Gaza Strip, will only strengthen the heroic steadfastness of the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank.

“The main reason behind this war is the continuity of the Zionist occupation and the support provided by some pro-Zionism western parties to “Israel” the degree of becoming partners in this war of genocide, in addition to the immunity given by the West to the Zionist entity against accountability and punishment as well as the permission given by the United States and western countries to “Israel” to kill and carry out this aggression on the Palestinian people,” the ministry said

“It is time for the Israeli massacre against the Palestinians and the cowardly Israeli attacks on Syria and south Lebanon to stop before the wars of the Zionists and their allies expand to new areas,” the ministry stressed.

The Ministry reiterated Syria’s full support for the people in the occupied Palestinian territories and for their right to establish their independent state with Al-Quds as its capital . It also affirmed Syria’s support for the Palestinians’ legitimate struggle against the occupation.
