Foreign Intervention Should Stop
Terrorism is indeed the real epidemic and cause behind the crisis and suffering in Syria, prolonged by those states and governments who refuse to admit or to cope with the invincibility of the Syrians, their friends and their hero Army and Leadership. Such anti-Syria governments, ewes and states want but to slaughter the last Syrian civilian as to prove they are powerful and full men and a half too! Unfortunately, these governments are adamant under different silly and exposed disguises to destroy everything noble, civilized and human in Syria.
It goes without saying that when it comes to politics, the solution is already there and has ever been there for more than four decades of Syrian’s political life: the cabinet is formed by the ruling party with the majority of grass roots support and portfolios are distributed according to grass roots base. Today, it is the same and tomorrow will be the same as in every democratic and civilized place in the world. Scores of new political parties are active on the ground and thus it is the case as to distribute the portfolios and share responsibility with them. This is the norm and democratic procedure in Syria: referendums, votes, popular will manifested and demonstrated through referendums, polling centers and ballot boxes.
The Syrians do welcome this distribution by constitution and democratic means and for decades have been so. Yes, the struggle is not for power-sharing, but indeed for inventing a new US and ewes tailored Syria! The means to achieve such an end is to export hired killers, terrorists from the entire world to Syria, to impose sanctions on this country, to slaughter more and more of Syrians as to extend hegemony all over the treasures, heritage and resources of Syria! This is the sinister scheme against Syria; they foolishly think that smothering Syria will push fresh air to the neighbors, who will definitely be but blown in the air once Syria is, God forbid, breathless!
The Syrians, as a matter of fact, would never accept to share responsibility with those involved in the killing and destruction of Syria, not with their affiliates. Terrorism is indeed the problem and the solution is not to share responsibility with either those who support terrorism nor with those who perpetrate it on the ground can be the solution.
Be it Geneva, Moscow whatever the problem is terrorism and never politics. Do the Syrians need to agree on the essence of their identity and existence including the sovereignty, independence, integrity of Syria? Yes, political disputes, differences are to be sorted out via diplomatic means, but what about terrorism? What can be offered to a wahabi al-Qaeda affiliate terrorist and their sponsors! Nothing, but the sword.
As H.E. President Bashar Al-Assad outline in his recent CBS interview, “… by ISIS, by al Qaeda, by al Nusra. It’s not something we discover or we try to promote. It’s very– I mean their book– they use the same books to indoctrinate the people. The Wahhabi books.” To put it in a nutshell, H.E. President Assad added in his meeting with Russian Media representatives, March 27, 2015, ”I say that for the Syrians to succeed, foreign intervention should stop. Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and some European countries should stop arming the terrorists. This was actually acknowledged publically by the French and by the British. They said they have been sending weapons to the terrorists. They should stop funding the terrorists, particularly Saudi Arabia and Qatar.”
“Then, the political solution will be easy, and reconciliation with the armed groups will be easy, because the Syrian society supports reconciliation now and supports all these solutions. The Syrian society has not disintegrated as they expected. What is happening in Syria is not a civil war; in a civil war there should be lines separating the parties, either on ethnic, religious, or sectarian grounds. This doesn’t exist in Syria. People still live with each other, but most people escape from the areas in which the terrorists operate to the safe areas controlled by the state.”
”An anti-terrorist coalition cannot consist of countries which are themselves supporters of terrorism.” ” Some states deal with terrorism as if it were a gang operating somewhere and should be eliminated. This is a final solution. However, the real solution for terrorism is an intellectual and ideological one, and consequently the involvement of those responsible directly is essential and I support it.” Hopefully, others, would, before it is too late comprehend the message and stop supporting and mushrooming terrorism worldwide.
