Israeli forces of occupation attack Nablus city

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): Israeli forces of occupation broke into the eastern area of Nablus city in the West Bank. The Palestinian News Agency WAFA said that the occupation forces attacked the area paving the way for extremist settlers’ incursion into the city, adding that Israeli soldiers used gas bombs and live ammunition against the Palestinians, but no casualties were reported.

The eastern area of Nablus city has been subjected to recurrent attacks by extremist settlers with the aim of displacing its indigenous Palestinian population and Judaizing it.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian Presidency reiterated that the occupation annexation plans would be doomed to failure.

The Spokesman for the Palestinian Presidency Nabil Abu Rodeinah said that the battle is long , hard and continuous, noting that the Palestinians are working to foil the Israeli plans of annexation and other measures taken by the occupation authorities.

He affirmed that the settlement of the Palestine question should include the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
