For the second year in a row, equestrian Massa Tanbekji qualifies for the World Endurance Championship
Damascus (ST): Equestrian Massa Tanbekji, qualified for the World Endurance Championship “Small Horses Category”, which will be hosted by the city of Badis in Estonia from the 10th to the 14th of next August, with the participation of a large number of world-class male and female riders.
Equestrian Massa expressed her happiness with this qualification for the second year in a row, wishing to continue her career successfully after she was able to raise the Syrian flag in international forums.
Massa said: “Success is not determined by the quality of opportunities but by the determination to keep trying”.
Massa, who resides in the United Arab Emirates, is one of the illustrious names in the field of horse endurance races in the Emirates, in which she has recently achieved the first positions, as she was able this year to win the 119 km “My Beautiful Cup” race for mares, the third of the races of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Endurance Festival 2023, which was held in the Dubai International Endurance City, with the participation of 149 male and female riders from the UAE and countries of the world.
Massa was also able to win the title of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Endurance Festival for a distance of 101 km, and to win second place cup in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Cup, President of the United Arab Emirates, for a distance of 160 km.
