For the second time in hours, a missile attack targets the US occupation base in the Conoco Gas Plant in Deir Ezzor countryside

On August 25th, a missile attack targeted the Conoco Gas Plant  in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, for the second time within hours.

Local sources said that a base of the American occupation was targeted in the Conoco Gas Plant in the eastern countryside with bursts of rocket-propelled grenades, followed by explosions inside the base, while it was not confirmed if the attack caused injuries or deaths among the occupation forces.

The sources indicated that the US occupation forces closed the area immediately, in parallel with the overflight of the occupation planes in the airspace of the area.

In addition, the American NBC News reported that a number of American occupation soldiers were injured in a missile attack targeting their military bases east of Deir Ezzor.

On August 24th, civil sources said that several rocket shells fell inside the two military bases of the American occupation in the oil field of Al-Omar and Conoco Gas where plumes of smoke were seen rising from the place.

The sources pointed out that the American occupation forces closed the area, and it was not known whether the attack caused injuries or deaths among the occupation forces, amid intense overflights of the occupation aircraft in the airspace of the area.
