For the 196th day… The occupation forces continue to bombard various areas in the Gaza Strip

Today, the Israeli occupying forces continued their genocidal war in the stricken Gaza Strip for the 196th consecutive day, resulting in several injuries and the destruction of the remaining infrastructure there.

According to Palestinian media, the occupation air forces launched two raids on the al-Sikka area and a house in Tel al-zaatar in the Jabalia camp north of the Gaza Strip, causing a Palestinian injury. It also launched another raid east of the camp, amid continued violent raids and artillery shelling on the city of Beit Lahiya and the Ezbet Beit Hanoun neighborhood, resulting in several injuries.

In Gaza City, 4 martyrs and 3 wounded were recovered after the occupation aircrafts targeted a house at dawn today in the North Beach area west of the city, and another 4 martyrs were recovered as a result of similar shelling near the bridge in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood.

In the central Gaza Strip, Israeli gunboats fired on Palestinians after shelling several boats, while its aircrafts launched a raid in the vicinity of the electricity company, and shelled Deir al-Balah with artillery.

In the south of the Gaza Strip, the occupation artillery continued to bombard the eastern areas of Rafah and Khan Younis, while its forces fired in the Al-Shouka areas, the outskirts of the airport area and the Nahda area amid intensive overflights by the occupation air force. Smoke bombs were fired east of Al-Farahin in Khan Younis.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced yesterday that the number of victims of the ongoing aggression has risen to 33,970 martyrs and 76,770 wounded.
