Focused qualitative military operations targeting terrorist headquarters and ammunition depots in Idlib countryside

Units of the Syrian Army operating in the southern and northwestern parts of Idlib countryside carried out several precise and qualitative operations, in cooperation with the friendly Russian warplane, in which they targeted the terrorist headquarters, fortifications, and ammunition depots.

The Ministry of Defense said in a statement on its website that “within the framework of the ongoing national missions carried out by Syrian valiant armed forces in response to violations and attacks launched by terrorist organizations, units of our forces operating in the southern and northwestern direction of the Idlib countryside carried out precise qualitative operations in cooperation with friendly Russian aviation.”

The Ministry added: These operations targeted the terrorists headquarters, fortifications, locations, depots of ammunition equipment, which led to their complete destruction and the death and injury of dozens of terrorists. The terrorists’ trenches, and headquarters were also targeted with drones, and a large number of them were destroyed, noting that most of the dead terrorists belonged to what is known as the terrorist organizations “Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, Ansar al-Tawhid, and the Turkestan Party.”
