Five-year-old boy wounded in landmine blast in Syria’s Der Ezzour

DER EZZOUR, (ST)_A child has been injured in the blast of a landmine left behind by terrorist groups in the vicinity of Al-Soseh town in Der Ezzour countryside, according to local sources.

The blast that occurred on Wednesday in the town which is under the control of the US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” militia wounded a 5-year-old boy, who was touring the place.

Before being defeated by the Syrian army, terrorist groups had purposely planted mines and explosive devices in many areas in Syria in order to prevent people from returning to their houses after the liberation of the areas.
