Five wounded as rocket hits Damascus

DAMASCUS,(ST)_At least 5 civilians were hurt as a rocket fell in Abo Remmaneh quarter in Damascus on Tuesday, according to a police command source.

The source told the official news agency (SANA) that a rocket, fired by terrorists, fell in the ‘al-Mahdi ben Barakeh’ street in Damascus, wounding 5 civilians.

The rocket attack caused damage to several cars in the street.

Last night, terrorists fired two mortar rounds on Mazzeh 86 quarter in the same province [Damascus], leaving damage to a home and several cars.

No one was reportedly hurt.

The US, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel support terrorist organizations operating in Syria, world media `reports confirm.
